Personal Loan

In Malaysia, most of the banks offer Personal Loan product.  Each of the banks has their own Personal Loan package. Some offer lower interest rate, while some offer higher loan amount or longer installment tenure. Thus, applicants are advised to check on each of the banks to find out the personal loan package that suit to your need.

Even though every different bank in Malaysia has their own personal loan package, but the requirement to apply for the it are almost the same.

Requirements:

  • You are Malaysian or have Malaysian PR Status

Documents:

  1. For Salaried
    • Copy of your NRIC.
    • Copy of a current or previous month’s pay slip / copy of a Bank Statement showing salary credit into your account;
      or
      Form BE (full submission to the income tax department with payment receipts attached) / EPF statement;
      or
      Copy of an Appointment letter (if employed less than three months).
  2. For Self-Employed
    • Copy of your NRIC.
    • Copy of latest Form B (full submission to the income tax department with payment receipts, or CPO2 attached) / EPF Statement / copy of your audited financial statement / Profit and Loss account.
    • Copy of your Business Registration form.
